  • Our teen martial arts program at Kuk Sool Won™ Martial Arts & Fitness in Covina provides a guided and challenging environment that focuses on the importance of health and fitness, high level martial arts training, and character development.

    We place an emphasis on leadership and communication skills and try to instill our teens with the confidence to be role models to their peers and younger students. As teens become more and more independent, we believe their success strongly depends on being leaders, not followers.

    It is our goal to not only create proficient and confident teen martial artists, but to also create well rounded members and leaders in the community.
