We currently offer weekly, in person and virtual adult martial arts classes and fitness for beginners and for those with prior martial arts experience. Unlike some of the more familiar adult martial arts classes like Karate, Tae Kwon Do, JuJitsu or Kung Fu, Kuk Sool Won Martial Arts does not “focus” on any specific style – it is rather a systematic study of the arts as derived from the Buddhist Temple, Royal Palace and Ancient Tribal Arts of Korea. Since historically Korea was a defensive country, the art includes some of the best and most effective self defense techniques.

As a worldwide association, Kuk Sool Won Martial Arts practitioners have the ability to practice or “study” the art for a lifetime – continuously learning and improving their martial arts skills over the years in a well rounded, cumulative training program. 

With a curriculum packed full of fun for all ages and fitness levels, black belt is not the finish line, but the start, for many individuals!
